Annual Migrations & Witches
A couple days ago, I left Kenya for my annual migration to see family and friends in Vancouver. It’s a much needed break from a crazy year, especially after the intensive book-a-month launch. (Side note: if you haven’t caught up with The Lion Shifters, book 3 is out and book 4 is available for pre-orders. If you want binge-worthy summer reading, visit here for the details!)
For my Vancouver trips, I always look forward to catching up with everyone and enjoying the West Coast’s long summer days while sipping my tea. What I don’t look forward to? Long plane rides and jet lag. If I was a witch, I’d create a spell or potion to overcome the jet lag. (Where’s Miss Knight when I need her?) That’s assuming I couldn’t whip up an instant portal system with my magic wand and skip all the airports, planes and other inconveniences.
Since I can’t do spells and I don’t have a magic wand, I’ll have to settle for the 3-book boxset of Moon Shadow. It’s on sale for $2.99 for the next few days. I mean, if I can’t be a witch, at least I can read about one, right?! Head over here for more details.
In the meantime, I’m trying to stay awake until at least dinner time
Cheers
